In the last year, CommonsCloud.coop teleworking tools have acquired a name that is easier to share in Catalan (SomN\u00favol), in response to a demand from users, who can now choose which of the two domains want to access them.<\/h4>\n
\n

CommonsCloud is a cooperative, techno-ethical cloud service made with free software, which integrates different digital tools to work in an agile and efficient way, for individuals and organizations.<\/i><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The project’s driving organisations femProcomuns<\/a>, Colectic<\/a>, LliureTIC<\/a> and bTactic<\/a> have continued working together to improve the performance of the tools, with various actions in the server infrastructure. New functionalities have also been added thanks to updates and the deployment of new applications, and we have improved the support capacity in the tools we offer.<\/p>\n

SomNuvol.coop’s teleworking tools<\/h3>\n

\"\"The Office, with Nextcloud, is a tool for storing, editing and sharing documents in the cloud. It also allows you to work with cards, calendars, contact books, surveys and shared forms.<\/p>\n

In addition, CommonsCloud offers email with Zimbra, a system with email search by sender, recipient, title, date, or text content. With the Mail service you can register several email accounts, and access it via webmail or from the mobile with standard protocols (IMAP or POP3).<\/p>\n

The ERP\/CRM Manager, with Dolibarr, is used to manage organizations, cooperatives, entities, or companies. With the ERP\/CRM Manager you can manage accounting, invoicing, quotas, contacts and stock, as well as organize the tasks of your organization.<\/p>\n

Meet videoconferencing with BigBlueButton and GreenLight is used to hold meetings and work online.<\/p>\n

Forms, with LimeSurvey, allow us to conduct surveys with complex questions and visualise the results to better understand people. We can learn about their opinions, their interests and what motivates their decisions. Forms can also be used to make evaluations, consultations, or registrations for activities.<\/p>\n

We are growing in number of users<\/h3>\n

In one year we have gone from 79 to 123 user members, of which 54 are organisations and the rest are individuals.
\nOf the organisations, half are cooperatives and the rest have other legal forms, with a significant proportion of associations. Partner organisations provide a significant number of users. There are more than 1,200 accounts created, of which at least half are active users.<\/p>\n

Training programmes for trainers and work with digital literacy spaces<\/h3>\n

We have continued to work with non-formal education and organised leisure so that no one is forced to use the tools of surveillance capitalism. Organisations such as Esplac, Acci\u00f3 Escolta and Escoltes Catalans have started to use the tools, after direct work with Escola Lliure El Sol, and the federations of organised leisure. We have begun to take steps to bring technoethics closer to young people, and to citizens in general, with the digital literacy centres of the \u00d2mnia and PuntTIC networks. A programme to offer free accounts has been set up to facilitate its use by people with fewer resources.<\/p>\n

Support to organisations, Cooperative Athenaeums and Communalities<\/em><\/h3>\n

\"\"Through the takeTheLeap service and other services training and support<\/a> we have accompanied and are accompanying organizations in their migration, from proprietary tools of large corporations to free CommonsCloud tools.<\/p>\n

We have also taken over the systems administration of some relevant tools of the social economy ecosystem, such as the backoffice for the 14 cooperative Athenaeums of Catalonia, more than a dozen Urban Communalities<\/a>, or Virtual and collaborative escape room<\/a> of the ESS.<\/p>\n
