The Create and Grow Law<\/strong>, officially known as Law 18\/2022, of September 28, on the creation and growth of companies, will bring changes to how companies and freelancers should manage their invoices. It will make it compulsory to use electronic invoicing in transactions between businesses and professionals. The objective, according to the government, is to digitalise business relations, reduce transaction costs and facilitate transparency in commercial exchanges.<\/p>\n

The entry into force of the mandatory use of electronic invoicing is expected to be staggered, first for companies with annual invoicing of more than 8 million euros, and then for all other entrepreneurs and professionals, but there is still uncertainty as to the exact dates.<\/p>\n

FacturaE module in the SomNuvol ERP-CRM Manager<\/h4>\n

The CommonsCloud ERP-CRM Manager<\/a> (made with Dolibarr’s free software) already has a module for electronic invoicing that generates the electronic invoice for Spain, according to the FacturaE standard in version 3.2, in xml format.

The generated invoices will have to be signed by the user before sending them through the entry platform of each public administration via a generic billing platform (such as B2Brouter).<\/p>\n
