As a mutistakeholder cooperative, we will convene user members and organisations, collaborating members and working members to our Ordinary General Assembly, on Sunday, May 18 2025, from 11 am to 1 pm at Masia Brichs, in Ardèvol (Pinós. Solsonès) or online for those who cannot come. As a novelty this year, we are combining the assembly with the cooperative’s social meeting.
One more year we will meet in assembly to review activities and accounts of the previous year, present the budget and define strategic lines for the following year. At this assembly it is also necessary to renew the positions of the Governing Council. This year we are convening the assembly with the annual social gathering, open to all members and friends of femProcomuns.
As in previous years, the assembly will be held in a hybrid format of face-to-face and videoconference, with Catalan and Spanish as vehicular languages and text translation into Spanish when speaking in Catalan.
Registration for the Assembly and the Meeting
The same form is used to: register for the Assembly and the Meeting, say whether you will participate online or in person at the Assembly, delegate the vote if you cannot participate and say who will be the representative in the case of member organisations.
Social gathering
We want to party a bit, after these months of intense work that we will review at the assembly. So as is already tradition, we will eat well, share music and conversations; food will once again be local. This year our hosts are Xavier and Agustina, collaborating members of femProcomuns and masovers (caretakers) of the Brichs d’Ardèvol farmhouse.
You can come with companions and friends, kids are also welcome! There will be some proposals for parallel activities if you do not participate in the assembly. You can also collaborate in preparing the lunch.
How to get there
Brichs is in the municipality of Pinós (Solsonès county) and is part of Ardèvol, but it is a farmhouse away from the center of the village. The geographical location is as follows: 41.86704281657982, 1.5363813697782644.

There is no public transport to the Brichs farmhouse. You must therefore travel by private vehicle. If you want to come, let us know and we’ll try to organise a shared ride coop@femprocomuns.coop
From Barcelona by car to Brichs it takes approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes. From Lleida, Tremp or Ripoll 1 hour and a half. From Tarragona 1 hour and 50 minutes. From Girona 2 hours. From Figueres 2 hours and 20 minutes. From Tortosa 2 hours and 40 minutes.
The estimated time of arrival is 10am. The Assembly will start at 11am.
Previous meetings
Last year we had a barbecue and learned about Can Tonal project (on the outskirts of Sant Antoni de Vilamajor). It is a social and community space project with the objectives of experimenting, reflecting and disseminating principles and practices for the construction of a new society based on values such as cooperation and mutual support, self-management and direct democracy, balance with the natural environment…
The year before, we held a calçotada (long-onions feast) at Can Pipirimosca, Valls, a space where, in addition to living sustainably and promoting it, the space is shared with organisations and cultural activities are organised.
